Hey, everyone, in this very first "Image is Everything", podcast episode, I try to answer the age old question, the question on everyone's mind, that might be thinking of buying their first new camera. Which camera brand is better? Which camera brand is the best in today's market, for photographers? Which one should you buy? A Nikon, or Canon. As a lifelong, Nikon user myself, my answer may surprise you. I also touch a little bit, on what I think being, and labeling yourself a professional Photographer entails. You may not agree. Let me know what you think
I want to apologise there are about four spots in this segment where some kind of interference cut out the recording with some horrendous noise. I will be working on figuring out, what created that by next episode, and eliminating it.
I hope you enjoy the show. This podcast is five years in the making. I have been seriously wanting to produce, and do my own podcast since around 2009. The hold up, well, was I had absolutely no idea how to go about it. I had no idea what equipment it even took to produce a decent podcast. I read many books, and have been watching tutorials on podcasting even all the way back to around 2004. Around 2009, I seriously wanted to jump into it, but daily life, and business just didn't afford me the time. I'm not sure anyone will even be remotely interested in what I have to say, or the show. What I can say though, is like anything else, if I set my mind to it, I can make it happen. This first podcast episode is testament to that. I feel very accomplished to finally getting here, and reaching a goal previously set for myself.
