Do, I support the majority of police? Yes, in fact I do, but we do need some police reform in this country, we also need to either completely end our war on drugs, or do a hard revamp, so, these kind of civil liberties violations, like the kid being pulled over and illegally searched end.

End the drug war and Breonna Taylor is still alive today.

Finally Replaced my old Bulbs!

I finally got around to replacing my old incandescent light bulbs with the much cooler, and brighter LED's, oh and did I forget to mention they use a whole lot less electricity? 

As you will see in the video I actually bought my bulbs at Camping World and in doing so I paid that big retail premium price!

I paid over $70 for 8 light bulbs...since my purchase, I have found LED Bulbs on Amazon, so if you're interested in this upgrade for yourself I'm including the link to purchase these bulbs directly from Amazon, or you can do like I did and buy them off the self at Camping World, your choice.

Conclusion;

I actually could not be happier with this upgrade, it's literally one of the fastest easiest upgrades I think you can do to an RV, and the power you'll save will more than pay for itself in the long run.

Pismo Beach California - Boondocking for $10 a night on the beach

Finally got out of my house!

Seemed like it took an eternity, but I finally got all moved out of my house in Joshua Tree and took my first road trip down to Pismo Beach, where for a mere, ten bucks a night you can boondock, or camp right on the beach.

I had a great little weekend away with friends, before returning to LA to work on this season of American Horror Story. 

I hope you all enjoy the video as much as I did the trip, but that is highly unlikely, probably impossible.

Dual XDVD770bt Unboxing/Install

It was time for Bertha to get a new Stereo Head Unit.

I originally wanted touchscreen flip out 7" screen unit. Due to Bertha's dash configuration that wasn't a possibility, so I opted for a DVD with a built-in screen.

I was leery of installing this unit myself, but with some patience and persistence I was able to make a successful install and it honestly wasn't that bad.

I have found after installing this stereo I am able to use the built-in mic to walk around my RV and still have great, normal phone conversation using the Bluetooth.

I was skeptical of the Dual brand, but as of now, I can tell you I am 100% happy with this purchase.

Replacing Bertha's existing broken stock antenna was actually a bigger challenge than the stereo installation itself.

I ended up having to pull out the entire dash to be able to pull the new antenna wire through.

In the end, I was able to make a successful install and am very happy with the head unit and results.

Viltrox L116T LED Light - Unboxing & Review

Do you know how expensive video lighting is?

There is no other way to say it....video lighting, especially nice bright LED lighting is expensive.

As some of you know a couple of Keno Flos can set you back several thousand dollars.

This has been my dilemma since venturing into the video realm and now getting serious about it.

Being a Professional Still Photographer, nothing drives me more insane than badly lit videos.

After much research, I came across this very thin small LED light, the Viltrox L116T.

In this video:

We will be unboxing and taking a quick look at the Viltrox L116. 

My first impressions of the light are I am impressed to get such great light out of such a small light.

I literally can't believe just how thin these are.

The Light Comes with:

The light literally comes with no other accessories other than a tripod light stand adapter. 

*No Battery

*No Power Cable

*No Light Stand

You will have to either order batteries or if you are lucky as myself I have two Sony Camcorders that use the NP model battery that powers the light. So, I have two batteries and was another reason I chose this particular light.

Conclusion:

I will be using this light extensively in studio and on location to see how well it holds up under real world conditions, but as of right now I plan on purchasing two more. 

I just have not seen a LED this thin and small that puts out this type of light and the fact it's battery powered is just remarkable.

So what's the price?

You're looking at right around $35 from Amazon for just the light. If you know anything about video lighting that is literally almost completely unbelievable.

I had previously bought a Jobe Mini Gorilla Pod that turned out to be useless.

Uses I have found?
